About Us
The Glad Tidings Evangelism Association (The Glad Tidings, in short) is a self-supporting Seventh-Day Adventist evangelism association in Lesotho. The Glad Tidings owes its existance from the gospel commision of our Lord Jesus Christ, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world." Matthew 28: 19-20.

We believe that the second advent of our Lord Jesus Christ is very imminent. Paul, an apostle of Christ writes, "And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed." Romans 13:11. If the return of Jesus Christ demanded that the disciples awake from slumber, and not be absorbed by the cares of this world but seek the Lord early, and proclaim the soon coming of the King of kings, how then should we, about two thousand years later, live?

Quote of the day
“For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.” Mark 13:34-37
